Chinese Boxing

Chinese boxing (sometimes called Sanda) is a mixed martial arts sport made up of boxing, kicking and wrestling. Our class structure consist of conditioning, stretching, skills development and practical applications.

Ving Tsun
​

Ving Tsun is a relatively simple kung fu/self-defense system that consists of two theories (centreline and straight-Line) and three main principles (save time, energy and movement).

Fight Fitness
​

A 45 minute workout program designed to help get fit, shed pounds and tone muscles while having fun in the process.

Tuesday: 6:15pm - 7:00pm

Thursday: 6:15pm - 7:00pm

Friday: 6:15pm - 7:00pm

Sunday: 9:30am - 10:15am
